Participants in Run for Fun have unlimited attempts at all obstacles. However, if there’s a line when you want to try again, you’ll need to go to the back of the line.
The most important thing for everyone running The Obstacle Run is to have a great time and create wonderful memories!

I Run For Fun är det viktigaste att du har roligt och vågar pusha dina gränser en aning. Här finns inga krav på att klara av alla hinder, men du kommer garanterat att du klara mer än du tror!
Deltagare i Run for fun blir tilldelade starttider utifrån anmälningsordning och personer med samma lag- och företagsnamn startar tillsammans. Starttider publiceras veckan innan loppet.
No, as a participant in Run for Fun, there is no requirement to complete the obstacles. If you choose to skip an obstacle or can't complete it, you should do 10 burpees before continuing the race.
Participants in Run for Fun are encouraged to help each other overcome obstacles with an extra push, a helping hand, or similar assistance.
It all depends on your previous experience and your own goals! Some tips include training to keep your body active for about the same amount of time it will take you to complete the race.
If you haven't tried an obstacle course before, we also recommend training your grip strength by hanging and improving your agility by practicing jumping over and crawling under things. If there's no obstacle course nearby, you can often do this at various playgrounds.

It's highly individual. Some prefer to use gloves during obstacle races, while others choose not to.
It can be advantageous to use gloves if it's very wet or if your hands are not accustomed to a lot of hanging. A tip is to try them out before the race, and if you're unsure, you can always bring gloves and tuck them in your pocket if you decide you don't want to use them.
Yes, you will receive a receipt along with the confirmation of your registration, which you can submit to your employer.
You can also register by Epassi. Epassi You can also register through Epassi if your company is uses it. Just pay the registration fee through Epassi and you will receive a registrationform by e-mail to fill.
Vid anmälan kan du välja att representera både ett företag och ett lag. De fem bästa tiderna i varje kategori räknas ihop och de företag och de lag som har bäst snitt-tid på sina fem bästa löpare vinner!
Vi kommer att uppmärksamma de tre bästa företagen and de tre bästa lagen efter loppet.
Ett lag kan vara antingen en förening eller ett lagnamn som kompisgänget hittat på tillsammans. Alla med samma lagnamn paras automatiskt ihop med varandra och får starta i samma stargrupp.
Gäller endast deltagare i Run For Fun 8K. Alla som anger samma företag och/eller lag är automatiskt med i dessa tävlingar.
