Find starting times in the starting list.You should be at the start 10 min before your start!

Check in

Collect your startkit ay the check-in at the event area at least 45 minutes before your start. The check in opens at 10:00 am on saturday.

Say your name and start number at check-in.
Run For Fun 4K say their name.

Race kit

Competitors collect their startkit* at least 45 minutes before their start.

*Competition class: 1 timing chip, 3 green and 1 orange wristband.
Run for fun 8K: 1 timing chip
Run for fun 4K: 1 wristband.

Toilets

Toilets are located inside Saab Arena at the event area,

Shower & changing rooms

Shower and changing rooms are located insida Saab Arena.

Bag drop

The bagdrop will be in Saab Arena. Open 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
We don't take responsible for your personal belongings.

Food & beverage

There will be food trucks at the event area outside of Saab Arena.

Public transport

We recommend taking the train or the bus to The Obstacle Run. Visit Östgötatrafiken to plan your trip!

Parking

There is limited of parking at the event area. We recommand public transportation.

Medical

Medical staff are stationed along the course as well as at the event area. If you sustain an injury that prevents you from completing the race or need medical assistance, contact the nearest race official.

Course marking

The course will be marked with yellow-black band, signs and arrows.

Results

The results will be published right after the race, at the top of this page and in the menu to the right.

Hydration stations

There will be a hydration station after ca 5 km. The participants are offered both water and sport drinks from Umara.

There will be water at the finish.

Rules

We have general rules that apply to all runners. If you’re running in the competitive class, there are additional rules to consider. For those participating in Run for Fun, there are some specific rules that apply. The family run also has a few rules that are specific to that race. It's the participants responsibility to read the rules!

Photos

After crossing the finish line, you’ll have the opportunity to take great photos before leaving the finish area.

The start times will be published in the startlist a few days before the race. the starting list..

The first start is at 12:00 for the Competitive Class, beginning with the highest-ranked women and men. After that, we will release the starting groups at a few-minute intervals.

The first start for Run For Fun is at 13:40. Start times are generally assigned based on the order of registration, but some adjustments will be made to ensure that participants from the same team or company start together.

You must collect your race pass at check-in in Saab Arena at least 45 minutes before your start time.

For the Competitive Class and Run For Fun 8K, provide your name and start number (BIB). For Run For Fun 4K, provide your name and "4K".

No, each participant must collect their own race kit at the check-in.

Yes, send an email with all the information required at registration, to info@theobstaclerun.se no later than two weeks before the race.

No, registrations are purchased online.

Everyone with the same team- or company name will start together. Remember to spell the name exactly the same!

If you want to add or change team-name, please send an email to info@theobstaclerun.se with information, and we will help you with the change.

The sooner you contact us for changes, the better chance that we have time to help you.

Yes, you will receive a receipt along with the confirmation of your registration, which you can submit to your employer.

You can also register by Epassi. Epassi You can also register through Epassi if your company is uses it. Just pay the registration fee through Epassi and you will receive a registrationform by e-mail to fill.
