Start times are published in the starting list. the week before the race.
Collect your race kit at the check-in on the event area. Check-in opens at 10:00 am on Sunday.
Say your name at check-in.
All kids receive a wristband at the check in. The wristband must be worn the entire race.
Toilets are located inside Saab Arena at the event area,
Shower and changing rooms are located insida Saab Arena.
It will be possible to store your bag in Saab Arena. Open at 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
There will be food trucks at the event area outside of Saab Arena.
We recommend taking the train or the bus to The Obstacle Run. Visit Östgötatrafiken to plan your trip!
There is limited of parking at the event area. We recommand public transportation.

Medical staff are stationed along the course and at the event area. Contact the nearest official if you sustain an injury that prevents you from completing the race or if you need medical assistance.
The course will be marked with yellow-black band, signs and arrows.

We have general rules that apply to all runners. Additionally there are a few rules specific for the family race. It's the participants responsibility to read the rules!
At the finish line, all children are rewarded with a nice medal!
After crossing the finish line, you’ll have the opportunity to take great photos before leaving the finish area.
