Start times are published in the starting list. the week before the race.
Collect your race kit at the check-in on the event area. Check-in opens at 10:00 am on Sunday.
Uppge namn vid incheckningen. En person kan checka in hela laget!
Alla deltagare får ett armband i samband med incheckningen. Armbandet ska bäras under hela loppet.
Toaletter finns i anslutning till start och mål.
Det finns möjlighet att duscha och byta om i anslutning till eventområdet.
I samband med incheckningen på eventområdet finns möjlighet att lämna in din väska.
Öppet kl 11:00-17:00.

Det kommer finnas möjlighet att köpa mat och dryck från Flamingotrucken på eventområdet.
We recommend taking the train or the bus to The Obstacle Run. Visit Östgötatrafiken to plan your trip!
There is limited of parking at the event area. We recommand public transportation.

Medical staff are stationed along the course and at the event area. Contact the nearest official if you sustain an injury that prevents you from completing the race or if you need medical assistance.
The course will be marked with yellow-black band, signs and arrows.

We have general rules that apply to all runners. Additionally there are a few rules specific for the family race. It's the participants responsibility to read the rules!
At the finish line, all children are rewarded with a nice medal!
After crossing the finish line, you’ll have the opportunity to take great photos before leaving the finish area.
