Check in at least 45 minutes before your start. The check-in is located behind Pinchos at the event area and opens at 10:30 on Sunday.

The race kit contains one wristband which shall be worn during the whole race.
There are toilets at the event area, and at several places along the course.
Shower and changing rooms will be available in Lidköping Squash and padelcenter at the event area.
We recommend changing at home, as space in the changing room is limited.
In Lidköping Squash and Padel Center, adjacent to the showers and changing rooms, it's possible to drop your bag. However, we are not responsible for valuables. We don't take responsible for your personal belongings.
Open 11:00 am to 04:00 pm.
At the eventarea there are food trucks: Oh La La and Dough & BeyondThere's also Rörstrand Museum Kafé and Konditor Trulsson to visit.
Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the city center, just a short walk away.
We recommend taking the train or bus to The Obstacle Run! Since the event is held in central Lidköping, just a 5-minute walk from the bus- and train station, there are plenty of public transportation options. Visit Västtrafik to plan your journey!
There is a limited number of parking spaces near the event area. In central Lidköping, there are some parking spots available. See map over parkings here!
Medical staff are stationed along the course as well as at the event area. If you sustain an injury that prevents you from completing the race or need medical assistance, contact the nearest race official.
The course will be marked with yellow-black band, signs and arrows.
There will be a hydration station along the course, at the square.
We have general rules that apply to all runners. Additionally there are a few rules specific for the family race. It's the participants responsibility to read the rules!
At the finish line, all children are rewarded with a nice medal!
After crossing the finish line, you’ll have the opportunity to take great photos before leaving the finish area.

Rörstrand Center are located in the center of Lidköping, approximately 250 m from the square and 300m from the buss and train station.
Yes, you find the bag drop at the event area.
It's also possible to shower after the race.
