Collect your race kit at the check-in on the event area. Check-in opens at 10:00 am on Sunday. See the event area map for more information.
Say your name and start number at check-in.
All participants should collect their race kit at least one hour before their start. The race kit contains a wristband that must be worn during the race.
There are toilets at the event area, and at several places along the course.
Showers and changing rooms are available at Lidköping Squash and Padel Center on the event area. If you wish to use the changing facilities and showers, it costs 50 SEK and can be paid via Swish on-site.
We recommend changing at home, as space in the changing room is limited.
In Lidköping Squash and Padel Center, adjacent to the showers and changing rooms, it's possible to drop your bag. However, we are not responsible for valuables.
At the event area there will be food trucks. Here you can also find Pinchos, Rörstrand Museum Kafé and Konditor Trulsson.
Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the city center, just a short walk away.
We recommend taking the train or bus to The Obstacle Run! Since the event is held in central Lidköping, just a 5-minute walk from the bus- and train station, there are plenty of public transportation options. Visit Västtrafik to plan your journey!
There is a limited number of parking spaces near the event area. In central Lidköping, there are some parking spots available. See map over parkings here!
Medical staff are stationed along the course, primarily around the square/square bridge and at the event area. Contact the nearest official if you sustain an injury that prevents you from completing the race or if you need medical assistance.
The course will be marked with yellow-black band, signs and arrows.
There will be one hydration station serving water.
We have general rules that apply to all runners. Additionally there are a few rules specific for the family race. It's the participants responsibility to read the rules!
At the finish line, all children are rewarded with a nice medal!
After crossing the finish line, you’ll have the opportunity to take great photos before leaving the finish area.

Yes, you find the bag drop at the event area at Lidköping Squash & Padelcenter Rörstrand.
The start times will be published in the startlist a few days before the race.
First start for the family race will be at sunday 12:00 pm.
After that there will be groups of around 40-50 people starting every 4-5 minute.
If you have registered late, you will have a late start time.
Start and finish is at Rörstrand Center. Rörstrand Center is located in the center of Lidköping, approximately 250 meters from the square and 300 meters from the bus- and trainstation.
Collect your race kit at the check-in, at approximately on hour before your start.

No, registration is only possible online. You can register until first start on sunday, but will be given a start time depending on when you register.
If you have registered the same team name you will automatically be placed in the same start group.
