Collect your race kit at the check-in on the event area. Check-in opens at 10:00 am on Sunday. See the event area map for more information.
Say your name and start number at check-in.
All participants should collect their race kit at least one hour before their start. The race kit contains a wristband that must be worn during the race.
There are toilets at the event area, and at several places along the course.
Shower and changing rooms will be available in Lidköping Squash and padelcenter at the event area.
We recommend changing at home, as space in the changing room is limited.
In Lidköping Squash and Padel Center, adjacent to the showers and changing rooms, it's possible to drop your bag. However, we are not responsible for valuables.
At the event area there will be food trucks. Here you can also find Pinchos, Rörstrand Museum Kafé and Konditor Trulsson.
Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the city center, just a short walk away.
We recommend taking the train or bus to The Obstacle Run! Since the event is held in central Lidköping, just a 5-minute walk from the bus- and train station, there are plenty of public transportation options. Visit Västtrafik to plan your journey!
There is a limited number of parking spaces near the event area. In central Lidköping, there are some parking spots available. See map over parkings here!
Medical staff are stationed along the course, primarily around the square/square bridge and at the event area. Contact the nearest official if you sustain an injury that prevents you from completing the race or if you need medical assistance.
The course will be marked with yellow-black band, signs and arrows.
There will be hydration stations along the course and after the finishline. More information will be published later on.
We have general rules that apply to all runners. Additionally there are a few rules specific for the family race. It's the participants responsibility to read the rules!
At the finish line, all children are rewarded with a nice medal!
After crossing the finish line, you’ll have the opportunity to take great photos before leaving the finish area.
