A-FRAME

A five-meter-high climbing net where you climb up on one side and down on the other.

ATLAS STONE

Lift one of the Atlas Stones onto the podium and roll it back down to the ground. For the competition class, the weights are as follows: men 80 kg, women 50 kg, juniors 30 kg.

BALANCE BARRIER

Balance on wooden logs. The obstacle starts before the first line and ends after the last line.

CAR CRAWL

Crawl under the car.

CAR WASH

Run through the obstacle and get pass the spinning brushes.

CARRY A LOG

Carry the log in any way you like along a marked course. Return the log to the place where you picked it up. If the log is dropped in an incorrect location, as determined by a judge, you may be called back to place it in the correct spot.

CONTAINER CLIMB

Climb up the container using the climbing grips. Get over it and climb/jump down on the other side.

CONTAINER CROSSING

Run and climb through the container, navigating any obstacles that might be inside.

CONTAINER LIANS

Climb up the container using the rope. Use your feet and hands as needed to get over the container.

DIPS WALK

Move forward by shifting your hands without touching the ground. The obstacle is completed when you pass the steel beam at the end. You are only allowed to stand on the first and last steel beam.

FINISH TREADMILL

Run up a six-meter-long conveyor belt. The speed may vary depending on the class you are running. You have unlimited attempts, but if you fail, you must go to the end of a potential queue to try again.

Floating Rings

Cross the water using inflatable rings. Move across the rings in any way you choose.

HAY BALES

Get over the hay bales.

IRISH TABLE

Cross the 1.6-meter-high plank in any way you choose. It is not allowed to use your legs on the sides.

JEEP DUNK - ESKILSTUNA FI

Carry two Jeep cans along a marked course. Return the cans to the place where you picked them up. If the cans are dropped in an incorrect spot, according to the judge, you may be called back to place them in the correct location.

JUMPING TOWER

Climb up the structure and jump into the water, swim around the buoy, and then back to land. Jump height is approximately 3.3 meters. Diving is not allowed!

KROPPSLABBET RIG

Start on the platform and swing your way through the 12-meter-long rig. Touching the ground is not allowed. You may not use the structure, chains/straps, or carabiners to get through the obstacle. The obstacle is completed when you ring the bell.

LOW RIG - LINKÖPING OCR

Start in front of the line and swing your way through the low rig.

MEGA RINGS

Swing from one side of the river to the other using the rings hanging under the bridge. If you fall in, you must move to the side and swim to shore.
It's okay if you accidentally touch the water. The obstacle is considered complete once you've made it to the other side without falling into the water.

MONKEY BAR

Monkey bars using metal bars without touching the ground. You are not allowed to use the structure to help you move through the obstacle.
The obstacle is finished when you ring the bell.

MUDLAND

Run through the mud. It's important to stay inside the markings.

NATURE OBSTACLE

Get past the obstacle, which could be a wall, large log, water crossing, or similar.

NET CRAWL

Crawl ynder a 10-meter long net.

NET WALL

Climb up, get over the net, and then climb down on the other side.

NINJA JUMPS

Jump sideways on the flat, slanted boards without touching the ground. Start in front of the first line and finish by crossing the line after the last board. It's allowed to use your hands on the boards.

OVER AND OVER

Get over the 1.2-meter high planks in any way you choose. The obstacle consists of several planks to cross. Using straps or support legs is not allowed.

RAMP

A five-meter-high and nine-meter-wide ramp. Run up and get over the edge, then climb down on the backside. Unlimited attempts allowed.

RINGS

A 12-meter-long rig with rings. Start on the platform and move forward without touching the ground. It is not allowed to touch the ground, the structure, chains/straps, or carabiners. The obstacle is completed when you ring the bell.

ROPE BRIDGE

Ropes hanging horizontally. You must get from one side to the other in any way without touching the ground. The obstacle is completed when you ring the bell.

ROPE CLIMB

Climb up the rope in any way you want. The obstacle is finished when you ring the bell.

ROPE WALL

Three-meter-high, slanted walls that you need to climb up using any method, with or without the rope. Climb down the other side.

SANDBAG CARRY

Carry a 20 kg sandbag using any method along a marked course. Return the sandbag to the point where it was picked up. If the sandbag is thrown in a place deemed incorrect by the officials, you may be called back to place it in the correct location.

You may not use the structure, chains/straps, or carabiners to get through the obstacle. The obstacle is completed when you ring the bell.

TILTING BOARDS

Balance across a seesaw. Start before the marked line at the beginning of the obstacle. The obstacle is considered completed when you have crossed the line at the end of the obstacle with one foot.

TIRE CLIMB

Climb up and get over the tires in any way you choose.

TIRE HAUL

Pull a tire in by tugging on a long rope. It's allowed to brace your feet against the railing for extra force. The tire must be pulled up until it reaches the edge. Gently lower the tire back down until it touches the water's surface.

TIRE PILE

Climb over the pile of tires.

TIRE PULL

Pull a car tire using a rope over a specified distance. You are only allowed to hold the handle of the rope. Return the tire to the spot where it was picked up. If the tire is left in an incorrect location, as determined by the officials, you may be called back to place it correctly.

TOROZ RIG

Start on the platform and swing through the 12-meter-long rig using the Toroz grip. It is not allowed to touch the ground.
You may not use the structure, chains/straps, or carabiners to get through the obstacle. The obstacle is completed when you ring the bell.

UNDER AND UNDER

Crawl under a series of wooden frames that are 0.5 meters high, using any method. The obstacle consists of multiple wooden frames to pass under.

WALLS

Get over the 2.1-meter-high wooden wall in any way you choose. It is not allowed to use the sides or tie-down straps.

WATER CONTAINER

Jump into a container filled with water and then climb out on the other side.

WATER LADDER

Get over the pipes lying in the water. There is about 80 cm between the pipes. If you fall in, you can choose to swim back and try again. You are allowed multiple attempts, but for the competitive class, the obstacle must be completed, otherwise, you will need to give up a band.

WOOD LADDER

Climb up on one side of the obstacle and down on the other side.
